Susan lays claim to an extensive career in the software industry, which has allowed her to gain a breadth of knowledge spanning the many departments contributing to the csg brand. Beginning with Diamond Management Systems as a Systems Integrator & Trainer for Advertising Agency applications, Susan has consistently shown a talent for administrative management. Paired with her amiable nature and concept development skills, she has facilitated growth for the entire clubsystems group division in terms of sales, training, support, and product development. Since the late 1990’s, Susan has embraced an expanding variety of senior executive management roles including Sr. VP of Administration and VP of Operations, where she managed Support and Professional Services for Jonas Software, including the clubsystems group and Smyth business units. Now, as President of clubsystems group, Sue dedicates her professional focus as leader of csg’s initiatives across the board.
